Autumn Tart with Pear and Mascarpone Cream

Pear tart is a perfect dessert for autumn. It is delicate, light and above all tasty. It has a slightly sweet taste that perfectly emphasizes the spicy and warming ginger aroma.

Tart contains pecans, they are a source of unsaturated fats, fiber, vitamin E as well as magnesium and phosphorus.

Pears are a slightly sweet fruit, rich in fiber and natural alcohol sugar - sorbitol - thanks to which pear fruit can have laxative properties just like dried plums.

The tart tastes perfect with warm tea or coffee.

Bon Appetit !

Cake

1 ¼ cup flour

½ cup of butter

½ cups of pecan nuts or any other nuts / seeds
